The challenge

Get fitness business owners to see the unique benefits of TeamUp software over and above it’s more well known rivals. TeamUp is cheaper, easier to use and has better customer support than all it’s rivals but is constantly ignored in favor of more well known underperforming rivals.

The insight

Internally, TeamUp were already conducting interviews with existing customers to find out what they liked about the software and what they hated about previous software they had tried. This gave us all we needed to know. TeamUp is the easiest to use. It also has the friendliest and quickest customer support essential as setting up new software for your business always requires support. Rival software charged more for add-ons that TeamUp included in the most basic package.

There were many other benefits over rivals but
crucial was what the users said about their decision to try it.

The Number one reason was a recommendation from a fellow fitness business owner.

 
 

The idea

Use this previously internal only content from users praising the software to engage new customers with genuine recommendations from fellow fitness business owners. We saved production costs. Audiences are more than happy to watch low res UGC if the content is good. We keep the films on brand by replicating their software in simple animations that resonate with what the users are saying they love about the product.

The result

Increased views and click throughs to product pages. Increased aplications for trails and call backs. TeamUp used these films to begin to break into the US market after gaining over 3000+ new UK cusotmers. The story contnues.
